How much are conference registrations and what is included?​

TLN Member Full Delegate                  $450

2 member registrations per Network membership

includes Members' breakfast, entry into all Conference sessions and catering, Conference dinner and Field Day.

Non Member Full Delegate                  $630

includes one year's TLN membership, entry into all Conference sessions and catering, Conference dinner and Field Day.

TLN Member Conference Day Only     $250

includes entry into all Conference sessions and day catering

Non Member Conference Day Only     $300

Q.  When do online conference registrations close?

Friday 2 June 2023.  Registration after this date cannot be guaranteed.  Close off date is required so organisers can finalise conference arrangements.

 

Q.  What if I cannot register online?

Contact Bron Christensen at admin@leucaena.net to organise alternative registration.

 

Q:  How will I know if my registration has been processed? 

Registration is acknowledged immediately via email from Eventbrite.

 

Q:  What if I want to make changes to my registration details? 

Simple registration changes may be made until Friday 2 June 2023 by contacting Bron Christensen at admin@leucaena.net

 

Q.  I am bringing a guest to the breakfast or conference dinner.  How do I purchase a ticket?

Q.  What about the Early Bird Registration incentive?

Delegates are encouraged to register early to assist with event organisation.  Delegates who register before Friday 26 May 2023 will go into the draw to win two night's Conference accommodation at Rydges, Mackay in a Studio King Room.

Q:  What if I register then have to cancel?  

Registration cancellations must be emailed to Bron Christensen at admin@leucaena.net.  Cancellations received before Friday 2 June will be refunded less an administration charge of $50.  Cancellations from Friday 2 June will not be refunded, unless exceptional circumstances apply. 

Each refund request will be considered on its merits.  Registrations can be transferred to a substitute delegate without penalty.  A delegate who cancels their registration must also cancel their accommodation and travel bookings.

 

Q:  What are the options if a refund is required?

Refunds will be provided via direct deposit within 7 (seven) business days after the Conference.
